Waxy Fast de Bavarian® es amilopectina pura 100% del gigante americano de la industria agroalimentaria Cargill®, garantía de máxima calidad en la materia prima.
La amilopectina es un almidón obtenido del maíz céreo, un carbohidrato complejo gracias a su larga cadena de azúcares ramificados, entre dos mil (2.000) y doscientos mil (200.000) unidades de glucosa, con un peso molecular estimado de dos millones (2.000.000) de Dalton cada una aportando un flujo de glucógeno continuo y lineal sin los indeseados picos de insulina, ideal para reponer los depósitos antes, durante o después de la actividad física.
Posee un gran peso molecular por su cantidad elevada de unidades en su estructura química, entre diez millones (10.000.000) y quinientos millones (500.000.000), el mayor obtenido de un carbohidrato.
Esto se traduce en un vaciado gástrico muy rápido llegando de forma inmediata al torrente sanguíneo, a eso le sumamos su baja osmolaridad, evitando cualquier problema digestivo al no necesitar cantidades significantes de agua en el estómago para su asimilación.
